Orco Group has sold the City Gate in Bratislava

Czech developer group Orco Property team gave up the City Gate building between Workshop and Laurinská streets in Bratislava. "We has sold it to the parent company of the general contractor PSJ. All rights and obligations pass to the new owner, "said Petra Zdeňková from Orco Prague. She also pointed out that the sale is without prejudice the clients and Orco will continue working on the project through the provision of sale and lease. For questions on for how much and why they sold the building, whether due to the economic crisis, Zdeňková did not respond.
