Strabag will build the bypass outside the town Handlová centre

Construction of the bypass of I. class road outside the town Handlová centre during 14 month will come out to 2.2 million Euro, VAT excluded, from the state budget. The investor (Slovak Road Administration) selected the construction contractor – Strabag Company Bratislava (the member of the Austrian concern) within a public tender from 9 bids received, while the lowest price was decisive. The bypass will divert whole external traffic outside the central part of the town, thereby increasing the flow and traffic safety while reducing negative environmental impacts.
