Real Estate Market > Autumn 2009: Where is the real estate market heading?

Stavební fórum’s conference “Real Estate Market > Autumn 2009” with the sub-heading “Czech Economy and Real Estate Market 2009 – 2011”, which will take place in Hotel Corinthia, Prague, on Wednesday, 14 October, will try to analyze the condition and outlooks of the domestic real estate market in connection with the development of Czech and global economy, in spite of today’s turbulent and uncertain times.

The agenda of the 8th conference of this type is divided into four separate panels: “Current Economic Development”, “Investments into Properties Through Funds of Qualified Investors”, “Residential Market in the Current Conditions – Flats Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow” and, last but not least, “Are the Media to Be Blamed for the Crisis and Decline in the Prices of Properties?”, which will discuss the sensitive role of the media world in the current global crisis. The participants of the individual panels will be major figures of the Czech economic and real estate landscape, such as Pavel Kohout (Partners), Karel Stránský (Colliers International), Petr Merežko (ČS), Dušan Kunovský (Central Group), Jan Rosák (Century 21), Jan Topinka (Havel & Holásek), Olga Humlová (Salans Europe) and others.

The General Partner of the “Real Estate Market > Autumn 2009” conference is Česká spořitelna, a.s. and its main partner is Havel & Holásek s.r.o. This event has been newly incorporated in the project of lifelong education of the Czech Chamber of Chartered Engineers and Technicians Engaged in Construction.
