Developer Orco UBS asked for help in finding an investor

Central European developer Orco Property Group asked the Swiss bank UBS for help in finding a potential investor after reducing the likelihood of agreement with the U.S. investment group Colony Capital. The agreement on the debt of 411 million Euro restructuring with bond holders before than next month expires an exclusive right of Colony Capital for Orca actions, is unlikely, said founder and CEO of the Orco Property Group – Jean-François Ott.
