PSJ is building another project in Tunisia
The construction firm PSJ is following up on its successful completed project in Tunisia – extension of the La Goulette port – and has started another project in this North African country. In cooperation with M.F.M. Tourism, Hotels and Resorts and Developer, it has launched the construction of a residential tourist complex called Sea World Residence in the coastal city of Hammamet. 187 four-bed and 382 six-bed suites, including commercial premises, will be built on an area of almost 120,000 square metres. The project price excl. VAT will exceed EUR 56 million (CZK 1.46 billion) and project funding is provided by export credits from the Czech Republic. A significant portion of the construction supplies and crafts will be provided by Czech suppliers.
