Storage spaces market marked by stagnation in Slovakia

No new storage units were built in Slovakia in the last quarter of 2009. The realized demand continued to absorb the market offer and it did not bring any new construction. The total area of storage spaces reached more than 1 mill. m2 at the end of last year and remained unchanged in comparison with the third quarter of last year. Approx. 87 % of the area is located in Bratislava and its surroundings. The stagnation was also recorded in spaces under construction, with the total area of 2,8 thousand m2, it remains the same as in the 3rd quarter.
