Passerinvest moved to Filadelfie
The developer Passerinvest Group has moved from Alpha BB Centrum building to the new modern Filadelfie building – the newest in the BB Centrum in Prague 4. The company occupies more than a half of the floor, about 900 sqm. The offices are designed as open space. General contractor of Filadelfie building was PSJ, the architectural concept is by DaM studio, construction was financed by UniCredit Bank. BB Centrum complex currently consists of 14 completed buildings with a total area of almost 190 thousand sqm. The centre was also enhanced by a community centre with Christian pre-school, primary school and spacious Baar park. Total investment in construction to date amounted to CZK 10.5 billion of which more than CZK 1.05 billion are unprofitable investments.
