Westend Square has another tenant
The company J&T Real Estate, a. s. has acquired another important tenant for the administrative project Westend Square which is still under construction. The owner of office space has concluded a lease contract with the insurance company Generali Slovensko.
New administrative building in the growing complex Westend Business Park at Lamačská street in Bratislava will be in use from September 2011 when first tenants start moving in. The insurance company Generali Slovensko will occupy more than 7,300 sqm in Westend Square.
Westend Square will offer its tenants modern A-class offices, sufficient parking spaces, commercial space primarily designed to serve tenants as a cafeteria, a café and additional services. Its strategic position in terms of transport and surrounding amenities rank it among the most interesting office projects of today. The total leasable office space is nearly 20,000 sqm.
