IVG Austria has another Prague acquisition

The company IVG Austria AG has acquired the office building Stroupežnického 17, in Prague 5, Smíchov, for its Luxembourg fund HRI Immobilienfonds Nr.1. This sale and leaseback is the company’s fourth transaction in Prague after the acquisition of the buildings Vyšehrad Victoria, Anděl 16 and Avenir Business Park E. The property is a six-storey A-class office building and underground parking, totalling approximately 5,238 sqm of leasable space. The property is 100 % leased to Pfizer and Google.

IVG Austria AG was originally Hypo Real Invest AG, whose shares were bought by German company IVG Immobilien AG in January this year.
