New appointments at DTZ
Lenka Vodrážková was promoted to the position of Head of Property Management at Prague international consultancy DTZ. So far Lenka has led the retail section of this department. She has been active in commercial property management for over eight years, and to date she has focused mainly on the management of shopping centres. Lenka is also personally involved in remodelling of Galerie Butovice (in co-operation with the management of ING Real Estate Finance). She was appointed in her new position as of 1st June.
Simon Orr is the newest member of Office Agency
department at DTZ. The Glasgow native has been active in the Czech and British
real estate markets for about ten years. He gained his latest experience at
CERES Property Services in Prague; and he is also post-graduate student in
property valuation and development at na University of Glasgow. Throughout his
career he has worked not only on the side of developers and end users but also
for financing institutions (Clydebank), where he was responsible for major
clients.
