YIT Stavo launching KOTI Troja project

Property developer YIT Stavo is launching their third project during the last year – apartment house KOTI Troja. It will be built in Prague´s district with the same name and will offer a total of 83 flats built in the spirit of Finnish standards. On its 10 floors, the project has both classic and split-level flats with bedsit to 3-bedroom layout sized from 31 to 151 sqm. The studio C.A.I.S. architekti designed the project. The project is designed as a low-energy with a certificate of energy performance of building B. Its completion is scheduled for spring 2013, sale of flats has already begun. As in the case of existing projects KOTI Hostivař and KOTI Hájek, YIT carries it out through their sales department YIT Point.

YIT entered the Czech market in 2008 when they acquired the Czech company Euro Stavokonsult. This company has been in the Czech market for nearly twenty years, YIT Scandinavian roots date back to 1912. The company is currently implementing three projects under the YIT Domov (YIT Home) brand: KOTI Hostivař, KOTI Hájek, and KOTI Troja (koti means home). 240 new flats will be marketed within these projects. In 2012, further 240 are expected in Prague five locations. The firm also plans to expand into other segments of property development in the Czech Republic, such as offices and industrial properties. YIT Stavo wants to gradually move among five strongest residential property developers in CR.
