CPI bought City Park Jihlava
After almost a year of negotiations, CPI Group obtained shopping centre City Park Jihlava from Central Europe Investment. The transaction value exceeded CZK 2.15 billion. City Park Jihlava shopping centre was opened in 2008, its largest tenants are Interspar, cinema complex Cine Star, C & A fashion, Datart, New Yorker and Hervis sport.
