Property prices could drop further this year. A pessimistic scenario seen from the real estate companies viewpoint, presented yesterday at Stavebné fórum.sk breakfast by Ivan Čarnogurský from IPEC Management, says it could fall by further 5 to 10 %. He expects their stabilization under an optimistic scenario. In any case, this year will be a year of creativity, innovation and modernization – said Čarnogurský and he added that identified dangers are becoming tips for good solutions.
