Nothing obstructs the industrial and technological centre erection at Trnava at price of above 10 mills Euro. Substantial amount of the means – nearly 9.59 millions Euro- the town has obtained from Euro funds these days; the rest is to be financiered from its own budget. As Viera Vančová, from the division of town development and conceptions of the town council at Trnava, informed, about 500 people ought to find work at the centre. „We have already had an agreement with 8 investors and we will address other ones,“ she told. She added that also building, energetic and information technologies would have their representation here. At the beginning of summer the park building should be launched – after supplier is selected. Its finish is expected in February 2012. The park build-up is one of the town industrial and social development plan points, which supports small and middle businessmen.
The industrial and technological park is going to be build-up in Priemyselná Street at the so-called industrial brownfield, where town technical and recreation services were settled formerly. On the area of about 1-hectare the pavilion of sophisticated manufacture, the pavilion of production cells and the production-technical and storage pavilions ought to be placed. Approach roads and engineering networks are going to be reconstructed and more than 100 parking places built-up in the frame of building works.
