QPG introduces a gigantic residential project
The development company Quinlan PrivateGolub has introduced a new residential project whose dimensions are remarkable, especially at this time. The housing complex Modřanský háj will be built at the edge of Prague, in the vicinity of Cholupice and Modřanská rokle. The company has 200 hectares of land at its disposal and intends to build 3,000 flats in several stages. In the first stage, whose completion is planned for the beginning of 2010, the project will offer 300 flats in apartment, terrace and villa houses, plus other 22 semi-attached villa houses. The prices of flats will start at CZK 55,000 per square metre. The costs of the first stage are CZK 2.84 billion. The project’s author is Ateliér A69.
