The Kežmarok Company Rondo, s.r.o. will build-up 27-flat rental house at Kežmarok at the price of 1.441 mills €, VAT included. The chosen contractor succeeded in the narrower tender with shortened terms, where 4 offers were accepted and the lowest price was decisive. The 5-storied house will grow-up on the local housing development South during fourteen months. Each flat will have its own heating with the natural gas boiler. The part of building works is the building–up of parking and fastened areas as well as particular service lines of technical infrastructure.
Combin Banská Štiavnica, s.r.o. Company obtained the order for warming up and modernization of the elementary school at Veľký Krtíš at the price of 1.633 mills €, VAT excluded. Building works with the expected price of 1.636 mills €, VAT excluded, should last 17 months since the agreement with the contractor is closed. The building-up ought to be financed from European sources of the Regional operational program for development of educational infrastructure.
