The development group Orco Property Group appealed to the French authorities in order to investigate possible campaign, the aim of which is manipulating prices of the Orco shares. The company resided in Luxembourg and active in real estates in the Central Europe, which currently has legal protection from creditors, informed that since the beginning of the year is the target of repeated attacks on French and Czech websites dedicated to finance. Therefore, it gave raise to the non-named subjects for publishing false or misleading information and the price of the shares manipulation to the Paris prosecutor's office and the French office for the supervision over the financial market. Last week, the group agreed with the American investment group Colony Capital, that it will provide options to increase the capital by 80 million Euro if Orco restructure its consolidated debt.
