2008 Business Property of the Year
The bio-technological incubator INBIT in Brno, the industrial zone Pod zelenou in Český Těšín and the D5 Logistics Park by Panattoni in Stříbro, in the Tachov region – these are all business properties that contributed to business development in the Czech Republic most of all last year, according to the expert panel of the Business Property of the Year contest. The contest is organized by CzechInvest and the AFI association.

- Industrial Agent of the Year: Cushman & Wakefield
- Manager of the Year: Věra Palkovská, Mayor, manager of the Třinec-Baliny zone
