John Verpeleti to head Investments Department at Colliers International
Appointing John Verpeleti as the Investments Director for Central and Eastern Europe will lead to merging of investment activities at the Colliers International consultancy. Verpeleti will be in charge of investment transactions in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia and Ukraine. Originally from Australia, John Verpeleti has been active on the Central-European market since 1991. He is coming from the AXA Real Estate Investment Management (AXA REIM) management. Verpeleti´s task will be to increase the market share, already significant, of Colliers International in the investment market in Central and Eastern Europe. John Verpeleti is a member of the Royal Institute of Certified Surveyors (RICS) and the Australian Property Institute.
