NARKS did not find drop of estate offices on the market
The National Association of Real Estate Offices of Slovakia (NARKS) did not realize any drop of its own members till now due to the situation deterioration on the estate market. Either the Internet portal Reality.sk does not register drop of advertisers from real estate offices in operation of which NSRKS contributes, according to Martin Lazík, the general secretary. „It is true that many estate offices have lower incomes, some takes savings from past period. That is why the long-term planning and creating reserves shows itself be very important, “Lazík noted. However, how he added, the crisis can result to drop of real estate agents number recompensed based on closed businesses. Good name of the office and quality of offered services ought to be the difference in successfulness of estate companies, in his view. Today NARKS associates 170 real estate offices from all over Slovakia.
