Interest in the building-up of flats at Košice outlasts
Vilapark Kankord, s.r.o. Company made public the intention to build-up the residential complex at the Košice housing development Furča at the price of 11.62 mills Euro, which ought to offer 96 two- to four-roomed flats and 22 family houses to interested persons. It intends to start their building-up in August 2009; finalization is planned at the end of year 2011. It ought to spread on the area of above 3 ha, while the built-up area would present 6 thousand m2. The area itself, on which the investor wants to realize its investment intention, is divided into two basic parts. The part on north presents family 2-storeyed houses and the south part presents flat 4-storeyed houses. The residential complex ought to offer almost 500-m2 areas for commercial purposes, too.
