Prague: Rezidence Jubileum at the start
The property development company DavCor has entered the final stage of preparations for its housing project Rezidence Jubileum. After its completion, the complex of three houses in Holešovice, Prague, will offer 100 housing units. According to DavCor’s management, the construction work will start this spring and the first flats will be ready for occupancy in August 2010. The project offers a square metre for CZK 55,000. The real estate agency TIDE REALITY has been commissioned to sell the flats. In the first selling stage, 75% of all flats were already sold; another stage was initiated at the beginning of April. The construction costs are estimated at about CZK 500 million (EUR 19 million). The project’s remarkable feature is the 1,400 square metres of greenery on the roofs and the common garden. The architectural design has been created by Petr Franta Architekti & Asoc.
