FINEP arranges cheaper mortgages

FINEP Finanční služby, a subsidiary of the FINEP Holding, arranges better mortgages conditions for people interested in buying a flat from FINEP and provides them with discounts on fees. “For a mortgage of CZK 1.6 million for 20 years, we can cut the interest rate to 4.89%. The offers of Czech banks are currently about 5.4% on average,” says Vladimír Zuzák, the company’s Chief Executive Officer. In addition, the company’s clients need not pay for an expert appraisal and the mortgage settlement fee, as well as other fees.
