Zvolen: the major part of the shopping centre is already occupied
Although building works of the future shopping-entertainment centre Europe Shopping & Relaxation Centre (ESRC), which constructs the developer group VAV invest on the northern outskirts of the historical Zvolen SNP Square, fully began this week, from more than 21 thousand m2 of rentable area is already occupied over 70%. ESRC should create 2 equally large parts linked by a glassed mole. The first is Europe shopping centre, which they began to build in the locality nicknamed Jama (the Pit). It will have two aboveground floors with a rentable area of 10 500 m2 for shops, cafes, and services and an underground parking. The 2nd part will be the 3-storied Relax centre on the lands where now stand the former cinema Mier (Peace) buildings and lodging houses for workers. A part of this object will also be two cinema halls, a fitness centre and later a parking house for over 400 vehicles.
