Madaras from Spišská Nová Ves will offer 90 commercial establishments
The new shopping-entertainment centre Shopping Center Madaras is to be opened next Friday at Spišská Nova Ves. Imbiz Company has invested 27 million Euro in the construction and revitalization of the area of former textile factory Finish in the Mlynská Street. The shopping centre will offer 90 business establishments with more than 21 thousand m2 of floor space on 2 floors. According to the Imbiz director-general Jaroslav Šutarík, the project will offer opportunities not only for shopping but also for relax in the nearby Madaras Park and the smallest ZOO in the Slovak Republic. The miniature golf course with 18 cups at the price of about 2 million Euro will be created in the 2nd stage of the construction. After opening, the centre will employ about 400 people and after completion of the entire complex up to 600 ones.
