Futurama Business Park: first building finished

The first building in the Futurama Business Park project in Karlín has passed its occupancy inspection and offers 8,000 square metres of offices in total. The project, undertaken by IMMORENT ČR, grew just at the Metro B station Invalidovna in Karlín, Prague. The first construction stage includes two U-shaped office buildings and a glassed building on the entrance plaza at the Sokolovská Street. Futurama Business Park features energy-saving buildings. In addition to efficient screening and air-conditioning systems, its losses are minimized by a heat pump with an exchanger station, placed on the roof of each building.
