HANT BA will build houses with 110 apartments at Malacky

Považská Bystrica construction company HANT BA, a. s. is to build 5 apartment houses with 110 apartments and an infrastructure at the price of 4.58 million Euro, VAT excluded, at Malacky within two years. The company succeeded in a narrower competition on the basis of one offer accepted. The initial estimated cost of construction works was 4.5 million to 5 million Euro, VAT excluded. The contract for construction of the building at Malacky was concluded on June 04, 2009. The investment is to be financed from the town own resources, the subsidies from the Ministry of Construction and Regional Development and from the loan of the State Housing Development Fund.
