Develon preparing Slezský dvůr for Opava
The company Develon, the property developer of the Společenské centrum (SC) Breda & Weinstein, want to continue with their intention and gradually complete the construction of the town‘s historical centre. Develon plan to build Slezský dvůr (Silesian Court) on the area of approx. 9 000 m2. Over one hundred flat units will be built in the southern part of the plot, on the contrary, the north (along the busy Nákladní street) will be designated as commercial development blending in seamlessly with SC Breda & Weinstein. The preliminary urbanistic study of the entire project was designed by the renowned Czech architectural studio Šafer Hájek Architekti and it attempts to respect the typical elements of Opava´s historical centre. Develon is an investment and property development company, its founders and partners are Radim Bajgar and Sebastien Dejanovski, and also the investor in the project is Quinlan Private.
