Production-storage complex valued at EUR 7,9 mill. to be built in Pezinok
A commercial-storage complex should be built in the urban area of Pezinok. The Internet portal appril.com informed that the company SPC Property V plans to invest EUR 7,9 mill. in it. The investor wants to offer the premises to storage, transport, goods transloading and production companies. The construction should start in April next year and it will be completed in December 2011. The complex is scheduled to start operating in February 2012. The complex users should be various businesses; the investor will sign lease contracts with them or they [i.e. the investor] will transfer some of their ownership rights onto them. Two large halls together with administration construction and extension are planned. Paved surfaces and roads will be built around the halls. The project also includes gas and water connection as well as drainage system.
