Graham Livsey new Managing Partner of the Czech branch of Gardiner & Theobald
Gardiner & Theobald, one of the leading consulting firms for cost and project management in the world, appointed Graham Livsey as Managing Partner for the Czech office today. He replaced Chris Gunn, who was promoted to director of activities for Gardiner & Theobald in the Middle East, in this position.
Livsey has been with Gardiner & Theobald for ten years. He started in their London branch where he was reponsible for a number of projects in retail, hotel industry and multi-functional projects. He strengthened the Central Europe team in 2005 when he was primarily responsible for the company‘s activities in Croatia, he came to Prague in 2009. He has led teams of experts on cost and project management for a number of shopping centres and office buildings and he supervised planning of extensive hotel complexes including express reconstructions of three international four-star hotels.
During his time in the Czech Republic he participated in the cost management of a number of hotels, residential projects and leisure projects and he was recently reappointed as member of the supervisory board of the Czech Green Building Council.
Livsey holds a Chartered Quantity Surveyor title, he gained an MBA in civil engineering and real estate as well as RICS accredited postgraduate diploma in project management from the College of Estate Management at Reading University.
He is 43 years old, he comes from Great Britain. Together with his wife Julie, they enjoy travelling and an occassional glass of good wine. He plays golf in his free time and he is a Manchester City fan.
