Euromoney: Best consultancy for 2010 is CBRE
According to the Euromoney magazine, one of the most prestigious journals focusing on international finance, the company CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) is the best global consulting company for 2010. They have been awarded this recognition for the fourth time since 2005, when Euromoney started to present honours in the area of real estate. In addition to the global scale they received international awards also in the categories of industrial and corporate real estate valuation and property management. CBRE gained first place in Western Europe and Asia as well as in individual countries – Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Singapore, Spain and Slovakia.
Euromoney magazine presents the awards based on votes of readers, which include investors and people holding decision-making positions within companies from 160 countries.
