Tomáš Jandík strengthening CB Richard Ellis team
International real estate consultancy CB Richard Ellis announced the appointment of Tomáš Jandík to the position of investment agent. He will be in charge of advising institutional investors in real estate transactions. Tomáš Jandík (31) is coming from a competing real estate company where he worked over four years in the field of commercial property valuation and shopping centre management. Before that he worked for Ernst & Young. T. Jandík holds a master´s degrees from College of Estate Management in Reading, England where he specialized in real estate as well as from Humboldt-Universität, Berlin where he studied economy and management. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and lecturer at Institute of Economic Studies of Charles University.
