Egon Business Centre: offices for sale
The company BM Develop has engaged Jones Lang LaSalle to sell office space that is also usable as surgeries in the Egon Business Centre project – its construction was speculatively started in August this year. The building with total office space of nearly 2,200 sqm will be the only newly-built complex of its kind in Prague 4 to offer offices, or surgeries to the end users.
“The ideas by the developer of selling the individual areas have been supported mainly due to our finding of a very limited, even marginal supply of space in A-class buildings. If we also consider that Egon BC is being built in the inner centre of Prague 4, or in the direct vicinity of the entrance to Pražského povstání underground station, the size of a typical floor is 347 sqm and the total size of areas for sale doesn´t exceed 2,200 sqm, we expect a rather positive scenario of selling this project,“ sums up Eduard Forejt from Jones Lang LaSalle. Jiří Brůček, co-owner of BM Develop adds: “Construction of Egon BC is the first stage of our intended development of the Kischova location. We would like to continue with a flat project Erwin which will create a natural barrier around a common court which will offer a relaxation zone for flat owners as well as office or surgery owners.“
BM Develop has been operating in the market since 2003, their projects include for example Rezidence Kavčí Hory, sports and rehabilitation centre Hlubočepy, multi-purpose building Záběhlice and blocks of flats Na Petřinách and Bartoškova.
