Havlíčkova Plaza to expand “A-class“ offices in Prague 1

Property developer FIM Group will expand “A-class“ office area in the centre of Prague through renovation and completion of the baroque house in Havlíčkova street where Karel Havlíček Borovský lived in his times. Havlíčkova Plaza will offer 2,137 sqm offices and 1,358 sqm of commercial space. There will be ten parking spaces available for tenants in the underground car park. The investor has specified the rent at EUR 21 per sqm/month for office space and EUR 20–50 per sqm/month for commercial units.

Author of the architectural design for the renovation and completion is the Len+K architekti studio. FIM Agency in co-operation with Jones Lang LaSalle have been engaged to rent the office and commercial space.
