Cushman & Wakefield strengthened by K. Rýznerová and D. Ešner
Kateřina Rýznerová and David Ešner have joined the Cushman & Wakefield office team. Kateřina Rýznerová became a member of the team representing tenants and apart from Prague, she will also focus on the regional markets. On the other hand, David Ešner has strengthened the ranks of experts representing tenants whom he can offer in addition to standard services also consultations in the field of project and construction management.
Kateřina Rýznerová has long-term experience in
the real estate sector, gained from both development and consulting point of
view. Her previous employers include the companies CTP Invest, King Sturge and
ProLogis where she worked in various positions focused on industrial and office
real estate. Before joining the real estate sector she worked at the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs (1998 – 2002). Rýznerová graduated from the Faculty of
Social Sciences at Charles University as well as Diplomatic Academy of the
Ministry of Foreign Affair. Her hobbies include literature, cycling, scuba
diving and sailing.
David Ešner (32) has been in the real estate and
construction sector since 2005. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield he worked
at Knight Frank in the property sales department and he also conducted market
research. He also previously worked at Mexx Reality and Hochtief CZ. Ešner
graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at Czech Technical University in
Prague as well as London School of Public Relations. In his spare time he spends
time with his family and he enjoys sport and adventure literature.
