Strengthening Cushman & Wakefield retail team
Tomáš Beránek has strengthened retail lease team at Cushman & Wakefield. He will work as senior negotatior with focus mainly on renting retail units in city centres in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Tomáš Beránek previously worked at Richard Ellis, where he was in charge of leasing retail space since 2007. He graduated from University of Economics in Prague and he also studied at University of Stirling in Great Britain. He speaks English and German. His hobbies include basketball, ice hockey, golf and travelling.
Another addition to the retail team is Veronika
Tebichová who returns from a year´s maternity leave. Ms Tebichová works in
the lease team focused on new shopping centres. She joined Cushman &
Wakefield in 2004. Prior to that, she worked for Český Telecom as real estate
financial controller. Tebichová has an MBA and MSc. in Real Estate, both from
Sheffield Hallam University. She speaks English and some Italian. Her hobbies
include choir singing and travelling.
