Michal Ptaszyński joins the ProLogis team in Poland
Michał Ptaszyński has been appointed the Land & Development Manager for ProLogis in Poland. Michał has joined the ProLogis Warsaw office, coordinating the company’s operations in CEE markets. In his newly created position, Michał Ptaszyński will be responsible for finding new investment opportunities through the acquisition or sale of land or existing ProLogis projects, identification of new business development opportunities, implementation of the company’s land bank management strategy and coordination with the leasing department to market ProLogis’ distribution parks and establish relationships with new accounts.
Before joining ProLogis, Michał Ptaszyński worked as the Real Estate Director at Gdańsk-based development company, Torus. His responsibilities included the delivery of the Arkońska Business Park development project. He was also involved in the acquisition of Przedsiębiorstwo Handlowe Chemia Sp. z o.o., in which he was later appointed member of the Supervisory Board and played a role in conceptualising of the currently implemented “Alchemy” project. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Geodetics and Economics, Academy of Agriculture and Technology in Olsztyn. He is a licensed professional facility manager and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
