CTP started construction of IQ Ostrava
CTP has started the construction of administrative project IQ Ostrava. The investment will exceed EUR 50 million, completion of the two over 50-metre buildings is planned for 2012. The project will offer more than 22,000 sqm of offices space. The higher building will be called IQ Tower, the lower building has the name of its pre-agreed tenant – Tieto Tower. The project will have “green“ status through BREEAM certification. It was designed by the architect Václav Hlaváček from Acht studio. “We hope the IQ Ostrava admin project will help to revive wider city centre and it will become a place where not only employees of companies located there but also general public seeking peace and quiet on the green areas and in parks which are part of the complex,“ said Remon Vos, general director of CTP, the project developer.
The concept of IQ Ostrava was prepared following the success of the first “IQ buildings“ located in another office project by CTP – in Spielberk Office Centre in Brno.
