Colliers strengthens corporate services
In response to growing demand of international companies for comprehensive solution of their real estate portfolio, Colliers International strenghtens their EMEA corporate team (ie. Europe, Middle East and Africa). Dominique Bredin was appointed as its new head. He has over twenty years of experience in international real estate markets. He joins the EMEA team from Colliers´ Canadian office, where he was the key link in acquiring a number of global mandates, mainly from French multinational companies. Mr Bredin is thus the second significant addition to Colliers International EMEA Corporate Solutions team recently. Guy Douetil was appointed head of this team in April 2011. He is an expert in real estate with seventeen years of experience at top senior positions throughout the world. The last staff news at EMEA Corporate Solutions team is appointing Zuzana Kováčová as Associate Director.
