DTZ has new HR manager

Recruitment of new employees, motivating and professional growth of existing staff at international consultancy DTZ at their Prague, Bratislava and Budapest offices will newly be headed by HR manager Silvia Miko. She joins DTZ at the time of growing recruitment due to improving performance of commercial real estate market from another multinational company – Deloitte. She worked at their Prague office in HR department. Apart from recruiting new DTZ employees, Silvia Miko will be in charge of co-ordinating work teams and creating a system of sharing and exchanging information. Silvia graduated from Prešov University where she studied psychology and pedagogy. She later expanded her expertise in HR management at Bridge Business College in Sydney, Australia. She gained very valuable experience throughout her three years at Deloitte and two years in London where she worked for REISS LTD.

Silvia Miko speaks English, Czech and of course Slovak. Her hobbies include travelling, learning about new cultures, adrenalin and winter sports.
