PSJ has taken control of D.I.S.

PSJ has acquired a majority stake in D.I.S, which specializes in infrastructure construction. The current focus of activity of PSJ lies in building construction and property development, through this step it is expanding into the sphere of transport and civil engineering. “Acquiring D.I.S. is an important milestone for us in penetrating new market segments and establishing a complex construction company. We believe that together we can develop our activities in the Czech Republic significantly but also abroad, particularly in Russia,” said František Vaculík, Chairman of PSJ. The merger was permitted by the Office for Protection of Competition on 21th September this year.
