ŠFRB got 534 applications at amount of 128.210 millions Euro
The State Fund of Development and Housing (ŠFRB) registered 534 applications on housing backing in the amount of 137.648 mills € as per February 05, 2009. It is more by 3.7% compared with this year budget of the fund in the volume of 132.681 mills €. After sinkers and annulments in the value of 9.438 mills € are subtracted the applications for the backing achieved the amount of 128.210 mills € in a matter of fact. The Fund approved backing to three applications in two programs at value of 2.277 mills € as per February 05, 2009. For the time being one applicant has an agreement in a bank for backing of 36.513 thousand € for a new flat. The SFDH budget for year 2009 is lower by 33.9% compared with the last year which disposed of means in the volume of 160.35 mills € for six kinds of housing backing. Planned loans are 132.25 mills € and non-refundable allowances are 431.52 thousand € hereof.
The entire value of 1 759 applications on housing backing, registered by SFDH at the end of last year, presented almost 220.17 mills €. After sinkers and annulments are subtracted at value of 19.50 mills € the applications for the backing achieved the amount of 200.67mills € in a matter of fact
