Penta is going to buy the Spiš producer of windows Noves okná
The investment group Penta enters to Spišská Nová Ves producer of windows Noves okná, s.r.o. However, the approval of acquisitions undergoes the Antimonopoly Office of SR. Penta intends to increase production capacities after take it over. „We intend to invest above 3 millions Euro in nearest three years in Noves and employ other employees, “Jozef Janov, the investment director of Penta, informed.
The purchase of the Slovakian producer of windows is the second investment in this region for Penta. It took over the Poland producer Okna Rąbień already last year, which estimated its yearly turnover for 60 millions Euro at the end of the year, and employed 550 workers. „We are creating the above-national holding, where we will be using the co-operation between production and distribution network in the frame of our firms effectively, “Janov informed. The goal of Penta is to consolidate the Central European market of windows producers.
