The multifunctional object at the price of 60 millions Euro will rise up at Nitra
Teremus Property, s.r.o. Company plans to build-up the Nový Teremus multifunctional object at Nitra cadastral locality Chrenová on the area almost 10 thousand m2 at the price about 60 millions Euro. The company intends to start with the new multifunctional object building-up in the second quarter of this year, while its finalization is planned two years later.
The new multifunctional object ought to be composed from two 13-storied blocks and one 1-storied block. 215 residential flats ought to rise up in it, spaces for administrative and public facilities and a hotel facility. The residential flats will offer above 14.6 m2 of used space to almost 600 thousand inhabitants. The administrative spaces ought to spread on the area of almost 140 m2 and above 4.7 thousand m2 will serve to the public facilities. The hotel facility will offer 197 beds. The underground parking garage involving 685 parking places is designed in the frame of the new building.
