The new house involving 62 rental flats is going to be build-up at Žilina

Slovpanel, a.s. Žilina Company is going to build-up the residential house involving 62 new rental flats with technical facilities at the Žilina housing development Hájik at the price of 2.648 mills €, VAT excluded. The opening expected price of building works presented 2.556 mills €, VAT excluded. The chosen contractor succeeded in the public tender based on one accepted offer. It results from the data published in the Bulletin of Public Procurement.
