Gelnica announced the tender for the industrial park at the price of 2.7 millions Euro
The town Gelnica announced the tender for „the brown“industrial park in the assumed value of 2.741 mills Euro, VAT excluded. The subject of the announced order are building works on the building area of Gelnica industrial park, mainly demolition of annexed buildings and shelters, reconstruction of the existing building object, building-insulating woks and reconstruction of fastened areas and fencing the area as well. Works ought to carry out during 19 months after the contract is closed according to VVO, while the subject of procurement will be financed from own sources of the public procurer, from the state budget and from EU funds as well. The tender announcer requires in the competition conditions so as the applicant for the order obtained the turnover of 4.6 mills Euro during latest 3 years at least.
