Prague: Classic 7 already has tenants

A half of all offices in the Classic 7 project, whose investor and developer is AFI Europe Czech Republic, have been already rented. Classic 7, whose first stage will offer a total of 18,000 square metres of modern office areas after its completion in summer 2009, is situated in Prague 7, at the intersection of the Jankovcova and U Uránie Streets. It comprises two reconstructed buildings – protected monuments (steam mill and granary), connected by a new, modern structure. The architectural design, combining the reconstruction of two buildings from 1910 with modern architecture, was prepared by CMC Architects. The office rents in Classic 7 range between CZK 330 and 380 per square metre a month.
