Euro MAX wants to build the multi-centre at Trnava
Euro MAX plans to build the multifunctional centre at the Trnava town district Modranka for more than 290 mills Euro, which will include a hotel, conference, logistics, entertainment-social and administrative centres. He wants to begin with its construction in May next year and put it into operation in October 2014. The built-up area of the building should be nearly 2 700 m2, the floor area more than 14 600 m2. The hotel capacity with 80 rooms is 426 persons. The built-up area for commercial-administrative centres will be 2 400 m2, the floor area over 31 000 m2.
The investor wants to build 4 logistics double-storied halls in the multifunctional centre. Each of them should have the built-up area of 13 500 m2 and the floor area almost 5 000 m2. The entertainment-social centre should have the built-up area of 21 600 m2 with the floor area of more than 59 000 m2. The administrative centre will provide more than 17 000 m2 floor area on the area of more than 7 500 m.2
