Opava: Breda & Weinstein centre project

The project of the social centre Breda & Weinstein, undertaken by the property developer Develon (led by Radim Bajgar) for the investor Quinlan Private, has obtained a valid zoning decision. This revitalization and completion of a two-hectare complex of the former brewery Zlatovar in the historical centre of Opava will bring 25,000 square metres of modern commercial areas, including the related parking capacity underground. With a top-quality architecture by the prominent Czech studio Šafr Hájek Architekti and its modern concept, it will be a unique facility in the Czech part of Silesia.
