Shopping and entertainment centre of Europa will build cheaper
Construction of the shopping –entertainment centre Europa Shopping and Relax Center at Zvolen, the beginning of which announced the investor originally by the spring of 2009, is postponed to November. About it informed Peter Valach, the chairman of the investor company Europa SC ZV. In order to increase the willingness of banks to finance it they changed the original project: not to build parking house or underground parking areas, but only superficial. More cost-efficient technologies will be used. The general contractor of the construction is Ingsteel Bratislava; it should cost around 40 million Euro, which is by 13.3 to 14 million less.
